Simply put, Sean creates the mess and Helen sorts it all out! While I am simply the actor headshot photographer, Helen manages all the customer service part of the business. From initial enquiry through to delivery, Helen looks after everything. We love what we do and are not only business partners but have been together 20 years! We have two children and a crazy cocker spaniel called Tara. I split my time between the studio in Greenwich and shooting headshots near home around Bristol. Helen and I have been in photography for almost 12 years and its been quite an adventure!

Its hard to get across in a few lines how much I love what I do. Every actor that comes through the door has a story to tell and I love finding out about you and finding a look that will suit your look and playing type. I strive to make the headshot shoots fun and stress free. By shooting direct to laptop, you get immediate feedback and we can work together to get the best possible headshots.
It is such a privilege to be tasked with taking actors headshots. To be the one that creates the images that you will use to present and introduce yourself to the industry is a job that I am incredibly proud of. I want to provide you with the best selection of images that you can use for castings, Spotlight, Mandy and of course you own website and social media. We opened the dedicated actors headshots studio to ensure that we could produce the highest quality headshots for you to use.
I have photographed children for years and as a bit of a big kid, seem to get a good reaction from them. I have photographed super confident young actors to those that were easily bored (I have shot 7 looks in 9 minutes as a promise to finish as soon as possible!). The studio is a great place for a young performer to come and we aim to make it as easy for everyone involved.
At home we have an 11 year old and a 8 year old and believe me, photographing other children is so much easier than your own! We use music, video, distraction therapy and anything else to make the shoot a fun and interesting experience. For those that continue to pursue a career in theatre or on the screen, getting used to being photographed is a great skill to have.
Not an actor? Not a problem! From singers to magicians to harpist’s and everything in between, we can create great headshots and promotional images to help you promote yourself online and in print. The studio is an incredibly versatile space both inside and in the surrounding areas so we can always work with you to get a great range of images.
We really work with you to find out about the look that you want to promote and spend the time in the studio (with immediate images on a screen) to fine tune that into a selection of promotional images that you can use throughout your branding. We are more than happy to have a in-depth chat beforehand. Send us your ideas on Pinterest or any other method to help us prepare for your shoot.
